The previously integrated help resources within the GUI have been seamlessly transferred to the help portal. In our upcoming release, all your support needs are conveniently gathered in the portal, ensuring a unified and streamlined support experience.

The Help Portal serves as the central hub for all your support needs. Inside, you’ll find our comprehensive knowledge base, packed with resources like installation guides, how-tos, tutorials, FAQs, and even demo models to help you get the most out of our products.

A Revamped Help Section

We’ve taken your feedback seriously and revamped our Help section in the GUI. This section has now been transferred into the Help Portal, making it easier than ever for you to access the information you need.

Getting Started is Simple

To access all the useful content on our Help Portal, you’ll need to create an account. Registration is a breeze – just click on “Sign up” in the upper right corner of our portal or you can use this link: Sign up now. Once you’ve registered, we’ll verify your information and send you an activation email to get you started.

The Power of Search

One of the highlights of our Help Portal is its powerful search functionality. Finding the answers you need is as simple as entering keywords into the search bar. As you type, we’ll suggest recommended articles and even demo models to help you find the information you’re looking for quickly and efficiently.
