Since our last conference in 2022, we have introduced many new features to the IMPETUS Afea suite. We now have an ultra-fast CFD solver, new interior ballistics functionality, a cutting edge fragmentation tool and we have made improvements to our SPH solver and upgraded the GUI.
We also have a new Support Platform in place and a host of exciting new Objects have been added to the Impetus MARKET. Most importantly, we now eagerly look forward to meeting with our community of users once more, to see presentations of interesting work and simulation results and to discuss future possibilities.

Cruise to the conference and stay on a historical ship
This year we also have the additional treat of accommodation on board a historic ship! A recently restored coastal ferry built in 1949, MS Sandnes has now been requisitioned for the Impetus conference! She can provide accommodation on board during the conference, and will take us for an evening midsummer cruise and dinner around the local area on day two. The ship wil also provide transportation between Stavanger and Flekkefjord for those who wish an extended cruise!
